This area of the web site is intended to be a 'One Stop' information resource for the society. As such it will probably will not change a great deal in content.

Who's Who lists the members who, over a long period of time, have assumed certain 'long term' responsibilities and would be good contacts for any production. For the sake of privacy I have only published names. Phone numbers may be found in the membership handbook

The BCP Documents area contains the Agendas / Minutes of quarterly and Annual General meetings along with the constitution and various processes the society uses for guidance. This will grow as more documentation becomes available

The Committees page is intended to list all the various committees and sub-committees along with their membersTOR (or Terms of Reference) is where the various Guidelines for the Officers of productions (Stage Manager, Production Manager, etc.) are located. The ToRs are periodically reviewed and updated if needed.

The Prompt Please page is where you will find access to back copies of prompt please. Be careful! Some of the more recent copies have been 'bumper' editions and are quite big files to download!

The Calendar is where you will find information on the upcoming tuesday night socials and other special events.

Stage roles in the "About us" section explains a little about each department, and what it is that they do.
